Account Manager

Job Description

HiveLive is seeking an experienced, technically-savvy Account Manager to assist in pre-sales activities and play a key role in launching and supporting new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the HiveLive product line
  • Ensure successful implementation of new HiveLive customers
  • Conduct up-to-speed training sessions; provide ongoing customer training and support as necessary
  • Manage relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional professional services and software
  • Engage internal team as necessary to support efforts in meeting customer requirements
  • Assist the customer in their use, support and implementation of the HiveLive platform
  • Communicate product roadmap to customers and gather customer feedback for product development
  • Support Sales in the selling process as necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Account Management role with a technology company
  • Must possess strong technical account management skills
  • Experience in an early-stage technology company
  • Self-starter; ability to assist in defining processes, customer training materials, and other support materials as needed
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Bachelors degree, especially in computer or technical related fields is required
  • Knowledge / experience in the areas of web development, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is desirable
  • Experience presenting in front of groups, including conducting training courses to customers
